RUB: How To Use
Release 5 pumps of oil into your hand and rub onto abdomen and low back. May be used daily, especially the week before menstruation occurs. External use only, specific to the low back and abdomen.

ROLL: How To Use
Gently apply pressure as you rub the oil into your skin, or use as a daily perfume on wrists. This roller is diluted to 50% so it can be used safely multiple times a day. External Use Only.

DROP: How To Use
Take 30-60 drops (one-two dropper full) every hour until symptoms resolve or as needed with pain. For optimal results, take during period, esp. with painful bleeding

SIP: How To Use
On stove top: Warm 8-10 ounces of your choice of milk on stovetop. Add 2 Tbsp of Cacao mix and stir gently to allow all powder to dissolve.
Tip: We like to use a mixture of almond and coconut milk
Quick fix: For a quick preparation add hot water to 2 Tbsp of Cacao mix
SOAK: How To Use
Put Two Tablespoons of Bath Booster into a warm bath, then add at least 2 cups of Epsom Salt. Slide into your warm bath and enjoy.
